1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • To request cancellation, customers must contact our support team immediately after placing the order.
  • Refunds for approved prepaid cancellations will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

2. Returns Policy

Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our Ayurvedic products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used items
  • Products with tampered packaging
  • Orders returned without prior approval

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Manufacturing defect

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof of the issue.


3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after verification and approval of the claim.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI, after collecting correct payment details from the customer.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).

4. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, we may offer a free replacement for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items shipped

Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery and are subject to stock availability.


5. Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in cases of:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Delay caused by courier or external factors beyond our control
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Minor packaging variation that does not affect product quality

6. Processing Time

  • Claim review: 2–4 business days
  • Refund or replacement processing: 5–10 business days after approval

Total timelines may vary depending on banking partners or logistics providers.
